Hi guys! Got today and tomorrow off work, so thinking of doing the Wayfarer for the first time.

Is it open, and one vehicle ok? I'm a fairly experienced laner but cant find much info on its currant condition! Also, if anyone want to join me and my little boy, would be more than happy for a convoy! :)

Hope you don't get a puncher or something like that with your thumb and what not.
How old is the lad?

I did it on my own a couple of weeks ago

Hi Flos, can change a tyre ok I reckon, my lad is 3! I take him with me on all the local lanes I know and do regularly, just wasn't sure on what the wayfarer is like condition wise atm as I've seen pics in the past and it looked pretty rough, but its been dry of late!

Well @Gottschalk where did you end up

Hi mate! I ended up jibbing on the whole affair! My thumb which I cut with a saw on Tuesday ended up getting a bloody infection, so any slight knocking felt like an electric shock...not good for a bumpy lane! I'm back in two weeks from doing a reroof in France, so will be up for it then! :)

I did the Wayfairer on the 4th of June, it was my first time driving it and it was spot on. 99% dry. I took the southern side of the fork this time.
