You will notice retsgom, that my comments are always as a result of a jibe in my direction, I am merely defending myself. Something which I would assume that you as a lawyer, would condone.:) Oh and don't be mad, it's not good for you.

Caught by a camera, or a copper, it matters not, speeding is speeding. So you are quite happy to help someone get away with speeding so long as they are caught by a camera and not a traffic policeman? How does that work then?

No Adz, far from it. If you read back I asked a question and because I tend not to take the abuse that flies around here lying down, I get jumped on, by the regulars.
 
It works like this,

If you are caught on camera the law has to prove that you was the driver at the time of the offence.

If you are caught by a copper at the side of the road, Your right to dispute you was not the driver is then lost.

Speeding is speeding, However which is the worse situation,

50mph in a 30mph limit near a school at 9am ?

OR

85mph in a 70mph limit on a motorway at 3am ??????
 
I am not disputing any of that and as I said before I agree that speeding should be punished. I asked a question a while back that if my pal who was speeding was able to get off on a loop hole due to the fact that the ticket was not signed. That is all. I do not have to agree with him, I was asking on his behalf. And you never answered my question, what does "before I make him sorry mean?"

So you're saying the same thing as rets but for some reason he's a hypocrite because he advises people on how to 'get away with it' if they're caught by a camera but you're a real stand up bloke for trying to get free advice from him for your 'mate' who was nicked by a traffic copper for the exact same offence?

You want to wake up to yourself mate, or at least re-read some of your own posts once in a while.
 
So why didnt you give those 2 boys a hiding that were nicking your Discovery instead of turning the hose on them? In fact don't bother answering because I am really not that bothered. All the blokes I know who are built like brick **** houses do not need to advetise the fact unless they have some insecurities. You are gobbing off in front of your 'cyber mates' to save face, I understand that. As for asking Slob and Yella; I don't think so, do you?

advise to brick balls:

dont bother trying to argue with a beak. if and i say if, you have ever been in court for any reason you will have noticed that you cannot win an argument with a lawyer. its best to just fade this one out and chalk it up to experience ;)
