I wonder if you can still get hold of the original build sheets. I once tried going back to the dealers who sold mine as new but they had long gone.
Just curious, would be interesting to get some background.

Found the book and turns out I've got all history for this vehicle from day one. First 18yrs had landrover service and extended LR assured warranty programme. A technical bulletin for neutral switch plastic cam. Originally M reg has had two private plates.
Owner information & service record only states :
Veh desc - diesel 2.5 trim level 1 (int?)
VIN label on slam panel trim D (ext?)

I am sure one of the stealers printed the build info out for me when I got the eka code but can I find it :(

Did they charge? I've got a LR security info card in the holders sleeve. Has Vin, radio serial number (OE no longer fitted), CATS security code and EKA

I've done that once, pressed the wrong button and opened the sunroof, 6 inches of snow on the roof, it ended in the Enemies lap, she was not amused :rolleyes::p:D
 
The interior difference is amazing considering there is only 8 months between them ;)
