Question, are they admitting that the next rad will be as sh>t as this one?

If you have refused it and sent it back they cannot refuse your refund unless they claim you damaged it. Your bank can recover the money if you bought it over the internet - doesn't matter if credit or debit card.

Can you take the review down then repost it afterwards?!

I could Indeed reword it in a very honest fashion as I already have. Technically changing it as promised. o_O
 
So, the replacement radiator held up. Cools pretty well, looks pretty bad.
Unfortunately it didn't cost me anything due to a bad batch of
un-monitored rads slipping through the net and I'm assurred that if I do want to purchase a another from Direnza UK it will come with a reduction to suit the disappointment I've suffered... Oh I've suffered..
Anyhow, it's a good unit with a duff look to it... Although I won't buy another from them or recommend there rads to any of my customers... :(shame really.
