A few piccies showing Bulkhead/passenger footwell after welding in (most of it), cleaning up and a coat of paint....

This needs a bit of panel beating to flatten the join.

Almost impossible to tell it has been repaired. :)

found a couple of pinholes - just to keep @dieseldog69 on his toes :D

We'll get that big clamp on that A post and foot well tomoz, get it tacked up and blazed in and it'll be golden.

While I'm up to my eyes in indoor fireworks, do you wanna get that inner wing drilled and ready for test fitting?

inner wing is all ready for first fit ;)
need to attach that small bracket between the bulkhead and the bulkhead body mount.
also one or two areas to flash a weld across where its been ground back.

Have you removed the old battery tray from the light box?
 
Go for easy as want to keep front panel in for now to line everything up before we remove the front end to replace it with the D2 facelift.
