Right these two are the Dunlop. Side ends of the sensor terminals.

These are both relatively smooth when reading on middle/side pins moving the arm but they do both go out of range at the higher end and one goes down to 200 but then jumps back to 900 so that might be buggered. The other one doesn't do that at the lower end but does cut off at the top end

And this is the cheap one.

The readings from the side/middle terminals while moving the arm are all over the place.
Definitely rubbish...

The one that jumps at the bottom end is not likely to be any good, the other one may be OK. What do you mean by "out of range"? If you mean out of the range selected on your DVM, look at it on a higher range setting.
 
Yeah the screen went blank. Yeah, maby just needed the next setting up that would explain it.
Anyway I put the supposedly working Dunlop back on and nothing. Most likely a break in the wires in the wheel arch. I've done everything else.
