hi bought a half project disco, its perfect upto 65mph, as soon as you go 66mph the wheel trys to pull out my hands :(, there are a few wheel weights missing by the looks of thinks but i dont think that would cause it to be that violent! any ideas?

My wheel wobble was so severe at 40mph, it felt like the chassis was going to separate from the body!
Long story short - incorrectly adjusted and loose panhard rod (standard fitments aren't adjustable) with a mixture of worn swivel bearings.
Panhard tightened up, bearings replaced - drives like new. :)

If I were you, I'd get the wheels balanced before you do anything else, as 65mph is a bit high for the usual suspect causes of steering shake.

First place I would be checking are the propshafts to see if there is any play at all in the U/j's and the condition of the "rubber doughnut" on the back end of the rear prop.

Going to get wheels balanced , then maybe get/ do ball joints , as tgey were minors on mot , then will update you
