Yep, I replaced the seals in my compressor and it made a world of difference. About 30 mins to an hour to do.
Bit fiddly getting the cylinder back over the new seal but just take it slowly and it can be done without damaging it.

Yeah, I sussed it in the end but as it was my first time I was a bit worried about nicking it. Made it so much better though. Time and money wise, it's the best job I've done on the P38 in terms of rewards.
