I used to get them all, my missus even said to me theres only so much **** they can write about land rovers! what did it for me was an article on a caravan, a ####ing caravan, if I wanted to know about them I would buy a caravan mag, then it was one 30k defender after another and I havent bought one since approx 5/6 years ago.
Recently I started buying the classic land rover mag, but thats gone the same way ie same stuff time after time, not their fault its just its all been done before.
Its got relegated to toilet reading material soon to move down to toilet paper, but bit to shiny really!

I get the odd copy that's interesting enough to spend more than two minutes looking through in the shop. I got a pic in LRO alright though :D

Bell autoservices TDV6 challenge truck was in a mag alright and was a very well done job but I haven't heard anything on anybody finishing a V8 yet or at least not publicized.

I was talking to Pete last year about a TDV6 or V8 or building a 2.8 TD5 and what he thought of each. he just said go get a 3.2TDCi
He said the TDV6 or V8 wasn't worth it for all the work but I still think it would be very cool to follow it through

Hasnt the 3.2 been done?
Sure I read it somewhere recently as I was amazed you can get same engine in tranny van

yep, 3.2 has been done loads of times. It's an option and obviously be a good bit cheaper but I'll try stick with the V8 idea first :)

TRANSIT'S ARE ****E!!!! had a B REG 90 with 1995 in there low mile sounded like an old bloody WINGET THWAITES dumper truck, saying that MPG was alright at around 34-36 on a long run 33 round town!!!!
