I've got the relevant info at home, will post it later.

I think the timing is more related to the loads on the valve gear drive train rather than actual injection timing if you see what I mean?

Here you go - don't worry too much about the special tools, you should be able to reference the woodruff key position well enough, make sure the crank pulley has the round hole at the 9 O'clock position. Now the only variance might be if the timing mark is on the new pump gear or not (only shown in the left camshaft R&I document), it should be 180deg. from the woodruff key so you could always scribe a mark if there isn't one. Don't worry about getting it exact, you can be two teeth out either way and it'll run, if it seems a bit sluggish, then move it one way or the other a tooth at a time - but mark your starting point! you'll soon know if you're going the right way or not...

I have just got round to having a go at setting the timing as i are going through chemotherapy at the moment i didn’t feel to good last week so had a rest anyway back to the pump there is no timing mark on the pump so even when the bottom pulley is at 9 o’clock i don’t know where the woodruff key should be getting closer but still not quite there any one now where the woodruff key should point thanks
