But did you check everything which was recommended untill now? e.g drive it with undone downpipe to rule out a restriction at the catalist?...even though this thread was mixed up big time it's the 3'rd time i'm asking that without any feedback
 
You better summarize again all you've done to fix that lack of power untill now then we can have a clean start with things you didnt do ;)
 
Gave vehicle a full service cleaned fuel tank pump and checked for air leaks, tested fuel pressure was ok just over 60, checked all hoses cleaned map sensor and maf sensor, changed injector harness and cleaned ecu plug etc, checked turbo for wear seemed fine, had it plugged into a nanocom and ambient air pressure was only reading 3.7! traced back to air filter box and the plug wasnt plugged in. once plugged in it was reading 100 which is normal apparently, this was affecting the turbo and was only get 1.00 pressure out of it, this increased to 1.2 once the wire was plugged back in, Also checked turbo actuator to make sure it was moving freely?
 
Did you drive it with MAF unplugged?, also what dimension tyres are on? ... about the symptom, can you see the revs growing when you floor it and the vehicle doesnt accelerate or the revs are slow too?
 
Tried it with maf unplugged made no difference, it revs freely no probs and revs arent slow! it accelerates no problem but not as good as others i have driven and seems to lack power in general

Are you sure the other ones you drove weren't remapped?

I found the TD5 a bit of a snail before it was mapped
 
was the gauze screen cleaned inside the head ? where was the fuel pressure tested from ...if the gauze screen blocks up the regulator still regulates as normal

Hi no the gauze mesh hasnt been cleaned yet, and is pretty much the last thing i'm going to do with it other than putting diesel fuel cleaner in it, The pressure was tested in the engine bay where the pipes go onto the regulator, and it was just over 60ps, had the pump out the tank again today to check the flow rate and thats spot on!
 
At a loss with this one! Had ago in a friends today who's pulls like a train! its decatted egr removed but not chipped, it really did go well. Makes mine look like a snail lol

just becarfull using fuel cleaner ..the best way to use it is when going on a long trip knowing your going to use the full fuel tank
reason being fuel cleaner is very corrosive if its left in side fuel injection components to long
ps fuel cleaners wont repair worn out parts for example worn out injector nozzles.. week springs etc
unfortunately you will need the scan tool to test the injectors

as for the fuel regulator and reading pressures you really need to test the spill pipe this his cylinder head pressure ..when the cylinder head gauze blocks up the regulator still bypasses fuel to return as normal

try and hook up a temporarily gauge and monitor boost pressures
you should be able to make boost down low under load in the rpm range ..if you find you cant make boost but needs allot of rpm to make boost turbo could be worn out (impellor tollerances )

if you find that you boost gauge peaks regardless of rpm and load .....it could be as simple as a weak waste gate diaphram opening to early

If the filter is blocked, then yes it is quite likely to cause issues when under high loads. Does it feel gutless all the time, or is it when you get past a certain rev range? Normally blocked filters are more noticeable when the load is higher (assuming its not absolutely caked and letting a pin hole sized flow through...)

This is because the filters can't supply the flow rate required, which means the pressure drops.
