Grrrrr. My wife's 2003 Td5 keeps cutting out. No warning symptoms or stuttering - it just dies. Luckily the events to date have been whilst travelling slowly, but it could be dodgy at speed.

It has had two new fuel pumps and those copper injector seals have replaced but it keeps doing it.

Nothing shows up on diagnostics.
The fuel filter was replaced in March, so not long ago.
Battery voltage fine and terminals clean and secure.
I assume the inertia switch would be highlighted in the diagnostic data if it had cut-in erroneously?

Once it dies, it dies and it is game-over. Only once has it been possible to get it going again, by using the bleed procedure.

Thanks
Hugh

to rule them out, go to engine bay fuse box and swap R9(main relay) with R8(heated screen) and R1(fuel pump) with R3(headlamp wash) for test ...if it cures it buy new proper relays and put instead them
