T4 was Rover's diagnostic equipment, which LR also used for pre-Ford ownership vehicles. As to programming. It depends on what you want to program.

I want to reprogram a new ECU for my FREALENDER 2.5 V6 2005 FaceLift

You say you wish to reprogram. Do you mean you want to remap it?

Just change the original ECU by new one resync the ECU and immobilizer

It does my head in how all these ECUs are coded together.

With fobs and transponders coded to nifferent bits in different ways.

Shame you cant just get generic kit with adaptors for the looms.
