Hey Carpy, (and anyone else wanting a roof tent)
This is a factory in China that makes roof tents
Tents Supplier: Kunshan Yuanfengrun Trading Co.,Ltd, China
You will probably see they have many tents that look exacltly like the whole howling moon range, and on the howling moon website they don't actually say that the tents are made in South Africa. So I'm guessing that somewhere along the way Howling Moon have done what everyone in manufacturing eventually does, and farmed out production to China.
Now I have seen these Chinese tents sold locally for stupid money (£1700). You have also been able to get them for a decent price on ebay from Germany. But I have now found a UK site selling the Chinese tents for a fair price.

So what I am saying is before you pay top dollar for a brand name, just check that it is not a Chinese Tent with a fancy label sewn on.

haha. no i was enjoying a nice lie-in this morning. there is another series 2 blue with a rag top which lives locally. It has a crummy plastic canvas which doesn't look as nice.
Oh and I saw you on wednesday afternoon/eve pintsize. Just walking over the bridge past the hand car wash! almost hurled abuse at you but managed to refrain myself oh was in the 205

Got a bit held up on some of the parts and when there's about 2 weeks of work to be carried out, not always that easy to account for the bits that give problems. Always prefer to take a bit longer if it needs it and have it 100% right than rush things and not be happy.

I am going up on thursday morning ,camping till sunday kevs coming up on satuarday and staying the night so he can do the off roading and then hit the beer tent. lee's just had a boy this morning so he won't be coming.He has sold the disco and got a jet bike,so him and his dad will be fighting over who will be driving the defender.
do you mean in the "biblical" sense - or do you mean his good lady has given birth?
