looks like i missed some good fun:( let me know when you are going again i would still love to come an play if theres room for a fat one :D not sure about over xmas at the mo coz i'm planning a detour over salisbury plain on the way to gettin a few more landy bits over the break :D

I sooo need to come over there,, good proper muddy lanes

Some lanes ive been down are so crap, its just like driving on the road :( boring lol

If your out this way at any time, PM me before hand and i'll be happy to show you round.

Heheheh, no worries mate. ;)

Used to go to Guildford quite a lot, when I was racing Radio Control buggies, but don't get down that far much these days. Have to make the effort at least once next year methinks ... ;)

Just looked on Memory Map and you have bloody loads of decent looking lanes to choose from.
:jaw:

Makes me quite envious ... ;)

Hey Mikey, not too far for a day out but yad have to use the bloody m25 and that would be no fun. Might be working at the FCO in Milton Keynes in the New Year, not far from you eh?

Nah MK not far at all, about 30 mins i think

Not a massive lover of the M25 either, might be up for giving it a go sometime though, could meet up with Kris 300TDI along the way too!

right then, was a good afternoon of laning on sun. need to get over to hindhead or down to cranleigh next time.

The next morning i found out that somehow i had fractured my fuel tank and that my precious diesel had been dripping all over the drive over night! Luckily it is above the half-way joint so as long as i only put in half a tanks worth, i'll be sorted:p

Electric 1/10th ... Schumacher, Losi, B4 ... everything. Raced at Nationals and eventually became head referee for the Nationals, also did the Euros etc. Don't race now but still got a Losi Truck, a HPI Nitro truck, a touring car and another buggy .. just playthings ... ;)

Just sold my last racing Losi for £250 .. plus all the gear ...

Losi on ebay

It amazed me how I managed to keep on spending so much money on a hobby its mad how much you can spend keeping toy cars competitive. My landy is only a fraction of the cost in comparison. Jai

Yeah .. we spent in the last year I raced Nationally and Competitively £7800 ... that includes petrol to get there mind .. but we had a caravan so no hotel bills ... ;)

I wish I had that to spend on the Landy now ...:frown:

A few of us are going to a pay and play on Sunday near Fulmer, if anyone would like to tag along let me know and i will send you more details.

as long as you dont have a rav4 you shouldnt get stuck, isnt that right pintsize!;);)

Excuse me, but I seem to remember pulling a Frontera out twice! :boxing: Shamley Green is where I got stuck but it is WELL mushy and churned up there at the mo. Ground clearance got me again! No lift as yet :ballchain:

................official Frontera Recovery Vehicle :mooning:

No axles on it, independed suspension with drive shafts and wish bones. Gets stuck on the sump, a lift will make a big difference to the clearance.
