They should do, but age hardens the pipes and the plastic goes brittle, so chances are you may bust one. But it's better it breaks with the headlining out than just after you put it back in again!
You can get replacement sunroof drain corner thingies with the stub tube on to repair one, if it comes off in your hand. A bit of Bic Biro also works...!

I've had the headliner out for weeks with the intention of removing the sunroof and resealing but the thought of snapping the plastic and ruining the cup bits puts me off!
I had a chap out to do the sunroofs on my first D2, and he glued in a section of Biro where the spout had snapped off, but I think the inside diameter is a bit smaller that the original tube, so you could probably find something better!
Just had a quick look and found this:-
Slice the hose with a Stanley down its length on the pipes and peel it open to get it off. Get some hose same Id as original and a bit were it's I'd is the same as original od and make a connection (sealant) if there's no slack available.
