Hi - thanks, but both aren't working though, seems odd that both not working ?

Have you tried open to opening them manually?
Unscrew the 8 or so screws on the trim above the drivers head and expose the motor. Check its getting a voltage. If voltage present remove motor, open it up, clean an re grease. You may have got some water in. Removing the trim also exposes the sunroof ecu for check or replacement. Its only a 20 minute job.
For info both mine appeared dead. Cleaned as per above and both now work. You'll have to drop rear headlining for the back motor, so check front first.
