Hi all I have just bought a 1996 300 and the back sunroof is already sealed but the front (manual) sunroof seems to be leaking :(, its dripping through the front inerior light onto the centre console, the front passenger floor is also wet although this could be unrelated, any suggestions gratefully recieved. I have looked through the other posts on the subject but its seems that its usually the seat that gets wet.

Take the roof lining out and re-seal the front sunroof, there is also to rubber pipes coming off the the bottom tray off the sunroof these can get blocked i just blew mine out with an airline.

Depends if the leak is from the roof to frame seal ...

or from the frame to glass seal or a blocked drain ?

You can take it apart and clean and re-seal the frame to body ...

give a vasaline wipe to the glass to frame ...

the drains normally break off, they are little tube 'ears' and they snap off ...

I've repaired them with bits of biro, the clear tubey things and cut a small lenghth off and glued it in with epoxy mix glue ... then re-fit the pipe, having blown it through first ...

Took the easy route to start with and sealed the frame to roof panel joint with tiger seal, poured with rain last night (while I was stranded in Somerset in a flooded Ford Galaxy) and so far just a couple of drips today which could possibly be water that was laying there before it was sealed. Thanks for the suggestions.
