Hello all
First post of any significance but hope someone can help. I have searched but not found the right answer.
Ive got the usual "sunroof not set" dash light and know the process for resetting. Unfortunately the sunroof wont go back or forwards on the button. I am led to believe that simply doing it manually won't reset it.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried a disconnect- re-connect on the battery?

Does the roof still tilt?
If so, the rails may just need to be lubed.

Happens to me everyso often.
WD-40 and a nudge on the roof when you attempt to open it

stop using WD40 on it and use silicone grease spray, it'll never stick again
