Is that engine or auto gearbox + type of engine? Just remove anything thats in the way and gives u ease of access prop can stay There isn’t a gasket as such as sealant is used as a seal between the two faces if its an engine sump.

Sorry, it is an engine sump, td5.
In the meanwhile I have also found the answer, so the prop in my case can stay in place. It should only be removed if you still have the plastic undershield on.

Can leave the prop on but you will need to lift the front up so the suspension is as extended as far as possible to give enough wiggle room to pull the sump out. Just make sure it's safe.

Replace the oil pump bolt, if its a TD5, whilst its off. I did use a gasket on mine, plus some RTV, where the manual says to do so.... As said, you need to jack up the body, not the suspension, to gain the room to get the sump pan out from under the engine.

Thanks for the answers guys. Job done yesterday. I had enough room to remove and put back the sump. Was easy without the gasket (when I made some trials) but when the gasket was on it was a pain.
It is difficult to keep the gasket in position especially when you do it alone laying on your back under the car:)
About 2 years ago I already done this job while I changed the oil pump bolt but the gasket went on wrong which caused a slight leak.
I can just hope it will be fine now.....
