Hi All, hope you are doing well!
For quite a long time I did not have any issue on my car until yesterday when something really strange happened. After a few hundred meters I got SLS warning light with continues alarm sound (bongs). When my speed went under about 30km/h the signal has gone but still got the light on. After acceleration the sound came back. I stopped the car and restarted after a minute no light no signal. On the rest of the journey everything were fine. Today I read codes, nothing. Offroad mode works well. Airbags are keeping level fine, never had any issue.
I hope it was just a one time issue (maybe week battery?) or beginning of something which I should start taking care of?
Thanks

Hi, as long as the warning was on and no codes stored it can be an ECU misbehaviour or bad contact on the warning circuit... watch the charging to make sure that the alternator is not on the way out, though be aware that nanocom can miss SLS fault codes too, happened to me that it didnt show any code while hawkeye found one(can't remember exactly what code)

Thanks Feri. I will check charging. Just for info, before that happened my daughter turned on the inside light in the car (midle one) which was on for a few hours. So maybe my battery was a bit down...

As long as the engine started the battery is no factor as while the engine is running the alternator should feed the systems
