Hi, just replaced my inline strainer and have been looking at diagrams of my Carb, is the circled part on the picture a strainer housing and if so is there a part number for the strainer.

I bought a complete rebuild kit for mine.

The internal filter is available as a separate part:

but, as Marmaduke said, you might be better off with a full rebuild kit if you're not sure what state the carb is in. In my experience, these carbs can collect crud in the float bowl even though the filters are nice and clean!
