Well ya bugger. you made me sell the disco and get a 110. Now need to sort out storage in the back. But as it's a Van body need to be able to access all the way to the back??? mmm what to do??
have a idea for a double row of drawers with the rearmost drawers dropping down as they're pulled clear, and "dragging the 2nd drawer out of the back of the vehicle?? or at least clear enough to allow access.
Whether I'll get round to it. Is anyone's guess.
how are you coping with the cold atm?
I would put a mini bulkhead cut from a sheet of ally across at halfway point just to top of wheel arch. Then a full sheet over and a hinged section to lift for the front and make a drawer that slides out for the back. Would then have a permanent flatbed for sleeping and stashing bedding or whatever in. Back drawer for tools maybe. Racking up one side.
Artic sleeping bag good to -15C getting out of it in a morning is a bit of a shock though -4 inside the 110 this morning
shouldn't need much storage for tools, most builders just have a spade and a hammer most jobs can be done with themI would put a mini bulkhead cut from a sheet of ally across at halfway point just to top of wheel arch.
