Hi all, I'm afraid my first post is to report that my Discovery 300tdi was stolen from Crawley West Sussex on Tuesday 3rd Jan

I didn't notice it was gone until Weds evening, so whoever took it had 24 hrs to get started with whatever they were doing with it


It's Dark Green with a mismatching (but still green) passenger front wing
Insa Turbo Special Track 235/85/16 on standard black Disco steels
Tubular non winch front bumper
Tubular rear bumper (did have an Insideout4x4 sticker on it)
Steering guard
Forged Jate rings on the rear
2 inch lift (yellow springs)
Rear disclocation cones (new - only been out once since fitting)

Big Crawley 4x4 sticker in rear screen and also a couple of Crawley Happy Times stickers



I'm guessing it was stolen to be stripped, but if by chance anyone sees it, please contact the police

Sorry to hear this.... Thanks for posting it on Landywatch too.

Some pics uploaded both on here and over there too will help folk to keep a look out.

If you could complete Ratty's security survey on here too that would be handy. Have updated the database/map on the other place :)

Well it's been found, but it's not in a good state...

Police located it and ID'd it at 1pm today in Surrey - I have to arrange the insurance co to collect it though because of where it is, the Police recovery team can't get to it

Feel sorry for you mate, hope you get a good pay out and get yourself a new toy soon.
 
Im not far from there if you need any assistance getting it upright and dragged out, cant see if the wheels are still on although i doubt it PM me if you need a hand ok

i know what you mean i had an escrot van go missing 4 times when i lived in rochdale

first time it was on the lane behind the house ( couldnt start it )
second it was found in middleton full of stolen tyres from a ramrade
third time it was found at a garage with half the pannels off it in a spray boothe
and the final time it was found burned to a crisp in kirkholt on a school playground

i thought the fourth ime itd just be a case of go and fetch it and see what the damage is

i even had spare ignition barrels cowlings and drivers door glass n locks and spare doors fookin useless when the van has been torched :mad::mad::mad:
