Hey I've got a g reg 110 turbo

I've recently noticed an issue that I can't seem to pin point or resolve and was after some advice

I noticed a clunking sound about 3 months ago when I would full lock the steering left or right almost as if a gear was disengaging and re-engaging I was thinking maybe the drive shaft? But I'm not sure what to look for.

Now I've also notice if I turn left or right full lock it feels as if the wheels are tight and i Have to give it alot more acceleration to move it but once straight it's fine.

I can't really see anything wrong could anyone point me in the right direction of things to check or look out for?

Mine made a horrible clunking noise when reversing on full lock. Changed the CV joints and halfshafts fixed it
