Ahh ok. I was reading through an old thread of yours earlier trying to figure out what resistor/s I have missing but think it may be trial and error

I couldn’t strip egr cable out either as it’s bedded into the loom with a thin wire (signal?) going to starter. I guess I can just hide it but it’s annoying

This is what the connector looks like....

Ignore the yellow wires.
I think the colours of the wires are blk/Grn and blk

That engine looks nice and shiny, a heck of a lot better than when I first saw it a couple of years ago lolz, it was hanging :)

You probably going to have evened out your weight in steel with having gotten rid of all that crud hahaha :D

Managed to get the door a bit lifted but catching on the rattle block thing. Think I’ll re hinge at some point.

took apart the rear door latch assembly too and found the real culprit.....

60 notes for a fcuking barrel lock?!!!!

Undo the set screws on that anti rattle catch and you can adjust that too.

Should lock an unlock on central locking remote. If not then buy a £20 kit an just use remote for back door lol

Yeah I might do away with it to be honest! I’ll see if it’s repairable. The handle to open is rusted away too lol!! I’ve taken all off and will get a new latch

Thought you did. I have them lol I blew one apart getting upset with it as my wood had bowed. No worries just came up in my head. Thanks

after inspection the lock problem was clear. I seem to be running into feeble designs all the time!
The lock has come away from its seat in the rod, despite the securing pin being in the seat. This was due to the tiniest bit of plastic being broken. Litterally a mm thick.
I wasn’t paying 60 quid for a new lock just for that seat so ‘repaired it’....

As you’ll see from above. I ****ed it :D:D:D:rolleyes:
Rapaired before it went back in the barrel then when I re - repaired it died. Rear key lock delete is the new in thing

No idea Phil I can’t even shoot one straight. I’m actually getting lessons and hopefully license in the off season. Been beating on a shoot past season but would quite like to get atleast a half gun or working gun on a little syndicate at some stage. No rush though, probably focus on clays and a few pigeon shoots until I’m half a shot

My cartridges was sponsored by lyvale express when they were round the corner from parent in Birmingham (30years ago)
Used to get 2k carts a month to shoot.
Used to shoot for a living & teach on corporate days in Kent. That’s before they banned hand guns & job was lost :(
Get your licence application going it brings the cost down of your shooting as no gun hire & buy in bulk.
