Yours is a 95 model so no side airbags. Don't worry about checking under the seats then.
It is either the front passenger airbag or the one in the steering wheel. Both have bright yellow wiring and connectors. The steering wheel has a rotary coupling which wears out over time and needs to be replaced.
Hard to say which is the cause without a diagnostics tool such as Nanocom or FaultMate. With any luck, a member of the forum in your area will pay you a visit in exchange for a cuppa and a biscuit
