Could someone recommend a good quality spring and damper i.e bearmach britpart, elu. I don't want to spend to much but i don't want cheap rubbish that will sag in a year. now do you understand?

Did you not say "would like more ground clearance on my disco to stop the axles dragging." - you will not raise the axles further off the ground with any spring/damper combination!?

Although i mentioned it in my first post, it seemed I didn't make it clear, but in post number 8 i said clearly I had fitted larger tryes and I have a rubbing problem, so therefore I wanted to do a lift via springs to sort it, I just wanted to hear from people who have done it, what springs they would reccomend or steer clear of
i got 3" - but aint used it in anger.

Didn't want to go that far, I understand you can get away with 2" with no real problemsi got 3" - but aint used it in anger.
