Hi all, been a while!

The rear door speakers in my RR have started buzzing somewhat so I want to replace them. Problem is, without stripping the door I don't know what speakers i should be looking for!

Can anyone advise?

I have the 6 disc changer, subwoofer and the 'later' style headunit - not sure if this helps at all?

I think the only difference is if you've got the Harman Kardon speakers or the normal Land Rover ones. If you've the Harman Kardon ones, it'll say so on the covers by the wing mirrors. eBay will sell you the correct ones very cheaply.

I replaced the 6.5 inch sub woofer speakers in my Harman Kardon bass bin thing with some good quality after market drivers from a car hifi shop. It's never sounded better.

Therein lies the problem; when I got not, one tweeter had the label the other didn't. So I replaced the other when the cover broke with another that has the label.

So...I'm still none the wiser. Can find speakers on eBay but they say HK or normal. Dunno what I have!

You'll have to get the door cards off and have a look then! It's pretty quick and easy to do. A couple of screws and loads of brittle plastic clips. The backs of the speakers are clearly labelled as LR or HK.
