well guys looks like this could be on hold for a while the unit can't be used for anything to do with motor trade and to add to that the roofs too low to use any kind of lift and i've also found out that the yard is rented seperately so bearing that in mind the unit isn't so cheap afterall.. so at the moment need to find premises at the right price with enough space.. on the plus side i may have found a heavy duty trailer thats just right for the job its not been used for a while and belongs to our managing director so hopefully i'll depart him from it the next time he appears.. i'll keep you posted guys..
