Yes if you want an excuse but truefully no. Loads of standard vehicles go and even people in there everyday freelanders with kids just for a laugh and you also get people in bob tails and traybacks. Theres stuff for everyone.

Yeah after the check he gets you to sign it so you got no come backs on them.

Tom, check the YouTube video, one from SADLRC from the other day, you'll be fine mate

Ah no need to be scared! Although I very nearly rolled mine at matchams trying to go up a hill in the woods next to where the sand pit is!IT was piverting but luckily there was a tree to rest my roof on. By the looks of the tree a fair few people had contact.

Ahh is good to see someone else who is relativly new to all this. Finally got a D2 before christmas but have been going it alone. having the worries of getting stuck etc.

Been doing alot of Byway stuff but nothing too extreme, there are a fair few around but as 34064 says there are a number of voluntary closures. would like to go to a pay'n'play but never wanted to go by myself.

Hi Wickstar

Sounds like you should come along with us later this month. I'm new and not done anything off road (well apart from getting stuck on my farm!) so be great for another newbie. I'm sure the others will look after us :):):)

Fitted the steering guard yesterday so even have some nice recovery points to be pulled out by

Yeah have done a bit of ByWay stuff and have had confidence issues since i got stuck and after a few hours of digging had to resort to asking a farmer and tractor haha... dont like the whole 'going it alone' anymore.

Would be good to go with some others, have worked alot out for myself but need some guidance from someone with bit more expierience.

Cheers

Toby
