I'd put the transfer box into neutral; being an auto, could it be stuck in gear?!

No it may turn a small amount, try turning it a full revolution and see if it will go round, if its ok take the starter out and just connect it to a battery and see if it works, if it does its just not getting enough voltage it could be as simple as a dodgy connection on to the starter itself, where are you located maybe someone near can have a look ?Transfet box is in neutral but still no joy. Thing is..... If you turn the key and it only clicks once, it is the starter solenoid sticking. If it clicks over and over again then it's just not getting enough power.......
