Reet...Poll coming shortly.

Putting the snorkel on at the weekend...now at the mo the top is forward facing...which i can understand as it forces air into the box nicely...but surely it collects every fly, wasp and raindrop as well.

So, the poll is..forward facing or backwards. Reasons appreciated!

Mines home made and ive had the top facing backwards since i made it. I did face it forwards once thinking perhaps i might get better performance......it made no difference that i could notice. It now faces backwards so rain dont **** down it.

No mate, its made of 80mm aluminium pipe. Although u are right about the top being a cut down plastic 45 degree plumbing bend
