Hi guys as my thread title says, iv snapped my bloody five way connector whilst changing the fuel pump on my 2001 td4, does anyone have a spare i could by or know whereto go for one other than the 380 quid option from landrover? I could make one up but it will involve a straight connector and a t piece connector, but this separates the feed and return lines, and i see the original is completely hollow, does anyone if this matters, cos if not i can make my own! Thanks for any help

try looking on ebay for anybody scrapping a td4 then email them hope this helps

Ok guys iv got it, i work in an hgv workshop so i got two fast fit air connectors, a four way 8mm one and a 10mm straight with an 8mm t piece, thus a one piece unit,. I stripped back the outer sheath of the fuel pipes to reveal the hard plastic piped within, cut the five way junction out using hose pipe snip, i then fitted the two 10mm return fuel lines into the 10mm/8mm t piece, then fitted the two 8mm feed pipes into the four way, used an 8mm piece of air pipe to connect the four way to the tpiece and that just left the fuel burner pipe to fit to the remaining 8mm hole, put quite simply, poetry in motion!
still have to cut back the pipes with this.......
