Sorry my ignorance, could you explain me how to use my Hawkeye to tell the cars' electronic systems that it is now on coil springs. I mean I went to chassis, then air suspension, then ...?
Hi Javier, I can't remember with Hawkeye as it's a while since I've used it but what you need to find is the 'Programming' section - it's under either the chassis or BCU menus - run through the programming section until you come to "Air yes/no; select No then run through the rest of that section until you come to the end then it says something like "Confirm market changes yes/no - you select Yes and that confirms the change to coils; so you won't get any more error messages.
Then go to read codes and clear codes, then you are done!
OK, very usefull.domeone know about HAWKEYE (therĀ“s no user manual?), what does the 4167 "event ON-Duration compressor" fault means ?
The air compressor is trying to work all the time, which is not normal - once you have your coils on and re-programmed, clear the codes and that will end the error messages.
