Found my leak the other week, sorted that, today though my p38 just point blankly refuses to rise off its bumps, checked compressor, cant find any leaks, each bag is getting air, compressor making good amount of air too, any thoughts off any of you. the orange lights on the dash are flashing to which height setting i want and the access stays lit up consatantly, could it be a leaking bag? i cant get the bags up to check for leaks at different settings, any help much appreciated,
cheers chris

If the compressor is making pressure, then you must have a leak or a driver pack problem. You sure the compressor is producing pressure?

i couldnt hold my finger over the end of the blue pipe, so i presume thats enough pressure but no guage to be accurate, im going with a leak also, but cant find any evidence with my soapy water sprayer lol. its been fine up until today, these things are sent to try us, thanks

I'd check that your tailgate and drivers door are shutting properly
Also the footbrake isn't applied either would stop the suspension rising.

i had this problem at the begining of the year, compressor good no leaks.
Wammers thought it may have been the NRV valve stuck, so the compressor was pumping but the valve wasn't shutting it off and allowing the bags to inflate. i took the pipes of the block one by one while it was running and it must have dislodged something as it's fine now. i have add one icident since but just took the pipe of the air drier and put it back on again and it pressurised again.

worth a try?

I have 7 of these things, Occasionally the odd one randomly has a bit of eas pmt and won't rise. This seems to happen if I haven't used it for a few days, but this is not awalys the case. However when it won't rise and viagra hasn't worked lol I leave the engine running with the door open for 5- 10 minutes, this refills the air tank.
I shut the door and up they go
worth a try

With pump running remove exhaust filter and put your finger over outlet. If air is coming out diaphragm split. Or diaphragm solenoid valve not working.

That maybe because your NRV1 has a lip on guide cone that is snagging on valve seat holding valve partially open.
