Heyup ,

Anyone got a measurement or reference point where the single front side step should be positioned please ( flip down single step type)

Its 150mm from the leading edge of the door to the front of the step as attached pic

Ours is a bit more.
200mm from leading edge of door to mounting bolt (on sill U)

So probably 180mm ish as per above.

Have you actually looked under to see any predrilled holes?

IIRC when i fitted some to my 200tdi 90 the chassis already had factory hex holes for the nutcerts to be fitted

Yep , you were right there were already some predrilled holes although I had to drill one bolt hole up to the side of the battery box , nice easy job and quite like the look of them in addition to the ease of jumping in is now
