Hi
Does anyone know what to do if you have a siezed brake drum screw and you can't undo it? The head is completely knackered. I have tried pluss gas and alot of other rust releasing agents, a drill, impact driver and of course since the screw is totaly flat I cannot use pliers on it.
Any other suggestions before any more damage is done to my fingers?

drill and a 6mm bit.. yer dint need em cos the wheel nuts will hold yer drums on

I've been upto long, thought he was on about the adjusting snail:(

What slob says, ignore my post its bollox:)

woz dat fing called that has a left hand thread and ya drill a hole and screw it in and as ya tighten it up it loosens the fing wots stuck?? that shud work

Screw extractors
But there is a problem with them if you snap them caus they are as hard as a hard thing. and they will be almost impossible to drill out then.

ffs all yer have to do it drill the center out the head, the rest of the head falls orf and yer can remove the drum. course cos the drum is stuck yer gonna have to back off the adjusters and **** it wiff yer big hammer.

stud extracters as yer maun says are hard, but brittle, so unlike a bolt you get no warning that its gonna snap so now you have to drill out a very hard thing with yer cordless black and docker.

as yer gonna have to drill anyways if you was gonna use a stud extracter then wtf dint yer just drill the head of the **** and be done wiff it?

do you ever think about going off into the bush for a few days with only 1/2 ltr of water? if not, then now might be a good time to try it
