Just replaced the front offside window. And started to load up to head of to weymouth for the weekend and the offside sidestep falls off but the bolts dont want to shift (rusted tight) so i have one step on and one step off GREAT! mm what to do

Just make sure the other side is secure and sort it when you get back.

ill have to.. but the perfectionist in me knows its not right and it dont look right lol its just nice to have and know its smart and works well to enjoy.Just another little niggle

That happened to me as well. I just smoothed off the jagged edges and later on bought a set of tree sliders to replace the manky old sidesteps. Does the job and looks smarter too.

just smoothed them off now and tree sliders would look nice cheers

Tree sliders FTW, they still have a step and are many many times stronger, also you wont have to worry about knocking the B pillar, if you bend that its major work getting it all straight again...

tree sliders it is. saved some to favourites I'll look into that when I'm back it will have to look odd for a bit longer cheers guys
