my freelander is due its 24000 mile service, can anybody advise me on what parts it will need and what needs checking as i haven't got a maint schedule, thanks in advance, sw

its a td4 sports premium 05 plate, i am in the army and will do the mech myself in our hangarsbut obs need a schedule, owners book was 1st place i looked but to no avail.just don't want to miss anything

best to follow heinz manwell, but i change oil every year +filter ,its er reet pain undoin the sump gaurd ,worth modding fer quick realease, the fuel filter is under rhs of engine ,this also is a reet pain,soak in penatratin oil fer a week and it will come out,every fink else is straight foward the timing is a chain thats good for 100,000 miles even more really, the cam belts 2 off are good fer 40,000 they are er pain at 60,000 worth changin g/box oil and if like me did all diffs as well ,brakes are easy. . . . .un best oh luck
