Hi,

I've tried getting the engine running today. I can get it started by squirting the inlet manifold with easy start. When i turn the key the engine turns over but immediatly drops off. Any ideas?

bit more info would be useful,like av yer got fuel to the injectors? is yer cold start werkin?is yer enjun stop werkin propa?

I'm getting fuel to injectors. Not lots just a dribble. It starts only with easy start but then just cuts out. I was wondering whether it could be a air blockage?

Would I be able to use a jerry can and siphon diesel from that too the engine diverting the fuel pump to test it?

no. not enough pressure. take the fuel line off the filter, and get someone to crank the engine on the starter. fuel should shoot out of the line with considerable force.
if it does, check the fuel filter. it may be clogged and need changing.
