if you get a socket head with the right size allen head, you could have this in it and give it a #### with a hammer. This should shock it free.

Alternatively just rip the fecker off and replace them as they are only a couple of quid

Haha, that did not even cross my mind. They are £8.47 for 2! Just ordered a set
