ALL BEWARE - recently ordered on 3 Aug 09 an "Instant" download workshop manual from company trading as Which Manuals. Paid fee through Google Checkout. Despite repeated requests to Which Manuals and several emails to Google I have still not received the necessary information to download my purchase. I suspect Which Manuals is a virtual fraudulent site and have asked Google to investigate - still awaiting their reply. Unless you know better I would strongly advise all forum members to avoid Which Manuals like the plague!!!

Thanks for the heads up. But every fooker on here just downloads a free copy of the rave manual! :D :p :D

I wish I had searched on google first, I was also scammed by Which Manuals.com in the same way.

I made a formal consumer complaint in the UK but that will probably take forever.

Do NOT do business with this company !!

We've brought a handful of manuals from these guys to use at our garage. OK some of the downloads are quite big and take a while to download, but whichmanuals.com have never failed to deliver. They reply instantly and their attention to customer service is NOT like most web companies out there. There clear and concise. All you have to do is simply follow there download instructions carefully. The files come in either a RAR or ISO format. Both are common files and there are instructions on how to install their manuals once downloaded!

from Richard Flatman,
I ordered a Which Manual for my Talbot Express based Camper Van. I certainly received the CD- posted first class in Coventry 8/1/10.
However the Manual appeared to be a copy of the official Peugeot Workshop Manual, containing very little useful information on the Talbot Express. I decided to return the CD to Which Manuals, who agreed to refund my payment. Unfortunately they did not give a return address on their web site, so I asked them for a return address, and then returned the CD on 18th January. Today on 26th February I received a return package from Royal Mail saying their was no such address.

What address do you have?

These replies are common to web scams like this. They google for their own name and for anyone making a fuss they come up with a make believe story of a 'good' outcome. Unfortunately people still fall into the trap.
