OK guys,

looking at them wondering if my freelander would have made it, your machines looked a bit extreme than mine and as for crossing that river good job i stayed at home.

A RAV4 made it all with no probs :p
You missed out on one hell of a day feller.
 
would loved to had gone but my tyres are not that great i think the old tow ropes would have been out.
 
by chance was there a burnt out corpse of a slitty next to the ford still, last time i went through that ford the water came in through the doors and vents, good fun though. wish i had attended :(

There were lots of standard vehicles there too. If you do get stuck then help is at hand. The day is about having fun, and meeting new people, Not who's got the biggest lift kit or most aggresive tyres.

Aggressive tyres don't always get you out of a ditch!! :D
 
If you found the ditch on the shakedown run, your ballast would've had it marked out for you on the notes :p :D

taking about the "ballast" - I hope yu liked the chippies, ratty - but yo swappsie dint need to give me instructions:rolleyes::eek:.
