When I get up to about 60-70mph I get the above type noise occuring.

I keep telling myself that it's probably just the grill vibrating with the wind as it is slightly wobbly, but could it be something a little more nasty?

Oh yeah forgot that bit, its a 96 300tdi disco manual box

Could be anything, drivebelt(fanbelt) tensioner, do you have air con? if so is it on at the time, could be the tensioner on that or the compressor.. maybe wheel bearings or tyre noise.... the list of possibilities could go on!!
