hi, new to the freelander scene was wondering if someone could tell me what a service costs roughly for a freelander at 117k? ive seen approx. £450 but unsure if this is to cheap or expensive for a freelander. I don't want to pay cheaply if they don't service everything the freelander needs but obviously don't want to be ripped off. also is it best to go to a 4x4 specialist or can a normal garage do the job fine?

thanks

Save on your servicing costs by buying a gallon of petroleum and a box of Swan Vestas, then

Burn it ;)

Hello, by the way ... you are in the wrong section. Try asking the Gaylanders.

Buy the bits and do it yourself. Save yourself an awful lot of money.

What have we said about your opinion Gems:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Feeling a bit better are we mate;););):tea:

my opinion is,you will get it whether you want it or not, lol.

my guts are still not right, but hopefully they soon will be.:tea::tea:

The OP didn't say anything about a good job!

The thread title suggests that he just wants a rough servicing ... :bolt:

Why do you want to service it roughly anyway? Service it a bit more gently and it might last longer.

Get the recommended LR servicing schedule for Freelander and ask a good local garage to quote you the cost. :D
