Hopefully pretty easy to get to then
can only say i've removed the plug ..
was easy to get to .. didn't have to dismantle anything
not sure about removing the sensor itself

many folk remove the intake manifold
and give that a good clean-out
and .. i think .. use a spay cleaner for the m.a.p. sensor
( do not go poking objects into it )

best to have the egr valve deleted ..
as that causes the majority of the baked on gunk in the manifold itself
( i.e. that's a small amount of oil from the turbo .. normal
( plus hot exhaust gas from the egr valve
n' that gunk ends up blocking the map sensor
note: 2018 mot rules require the egr valve to be fitted a.f.a.i.k.

OK cheers I'm took the egr off months ago it' a 2003 have I got to put it back on for Mot

in theory .. yes ..
however it's possible to to have the egr fitted .. but inoperative anyway ..
i'd re-attach the vacuum hose(s) .. but block it (them) off internally ..
