Anyone have any ideas why when I drive my disco the other week it sounded like the rear o/s door was ajar or the window was slightly open.

Have the felts around the drop glass dropped to leave a gap at the top? Not unusual for this to happen. Drop the window and pull the felts back into place with a pair of long nosed pliers.

Was either of those things open? and is it still doing it?

Yeah checked window and door was shut which they were. All seals look good. I wondered if it could be the plastic behind the door panel missing or something like that.
