P38's get you like that, but as has been written, don't let it beat you. O.K., it's cost a bomb but I feel sure that the rad. is the final shot.Run the motor till hot, get the plugs out and have a look to see if one or more looks different or wet. I had a liner go a couple of years ago and one cylinder was running on water, pity I couldn't get the other seven to do the same-would be cheaper than running on petrol!!

Hi guys well update for you.............its fixed!!!

As a last ditch effort i went and bought some rad flush and flushed the whole system with it, when it was in there suddenly the whole system seemed to work. I drained it all out and there was loads of bits of silicone in the water. When the guy fitted the LPG system he used silicone and obviously when i did the coolant change i must have dislodged it and it blocked somewhere.

Well its now all bled and running better than ever but my mrs has persuaded me to part with it so the new bike thing is going to happen i think.

heres a link to it on ebay
1999 Range Rover 4.0 V8 SE Cheap tax LPG CONVERTED on eBay, also, Land Rover Range Rover, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 29-Oct-08 21:01:05 GMT)

A massive thanks to everyone who offered me advice on here its very much appreciated....thanks guys!

Sorry you 'have to' sell it. The window problem you mention is 99% sure the window gasket that sre displaced. Itf it has fallen all the way out, you probably have a ratteling sound when the window is partially open? It takes 20 minutes to fix it. Take of the door card and you will probably find the gasket in the bottom of the door. Should be placed inside the metal sleeve and glued/siliconed in place.

Glad you got it going. Best of luck with the sale.
Rangie ownership is all about perserverance, cussin and spending money. Great when they are going well though!
