It's been in the planning and construction phase for a while but now it's finished and fitted; my home made roof rack.

The frame is 20mm box section mild steel. This is covered with 3mm aluminium tread plate, riveted on. The whole thing is secured to the four roof bars with 10 stainless steel M8s.
